The company second brain

# AI is ready. Your company is not.

We connect your company’s knowledge, teach your team to use it, and hand it over.

What a second brain is

## Your company already knows.
It just cannot remember.

Most of what your company knows lives in a few heads, in old chats and in files nobody opens. A second brain puts it in one place your team can ask, and it grows as the work happens.

Today

- The answer is in someone’s head. You wait for them.
- A new hire asks the same questions for months.
- A decision gets made again, because nobody wrote down why.

With a second brain

- Your team asks, and gets the answer with its source.
- A new hire reads how the work is done on day one.
- Every decision stays on the record, with the reason next to it.

Built from the four places knowledge lives: **People** , **Every day** , **The rules** , **The numbers** .

Three fair questions

We already have a shared drive.

A drive stores files. It cannot answer a question. A second brain reads what is there and tells you where the answer came from.

My team will not use it.

We teach them inside their real work, on the AI they already use, until asking it is faster than asking a colleague.

Is our data safe?

It stays in your own accounts and on your own drive, and you own the files. On business plans, the AI does not learn from it. [How your data stays safe ↓](#security)

It starts with the Memory Diagnostic.

Your starting point

## First, the map.
Then, the fix.

Start with the Memory Diagnostic. See what your company knows, what is missing, and what to fix first.

Paid. Two days, in person. You can stop there.

The memory: plain files on your drive. Readable even without AI.

Your files. Yours to keep.

Where your data lives

## Your data stays yours.
Your AI does not learn from it.

The second brain lives in your own accounts. We build it on business plans, where each provider says in writing that your work does not train its models.

Trains on your data? Independent checks In their words

**Claude** Team and Enterprise plans No, by default. SOC 2 Type II · ISO 27001 · ISO 42001 [Read ↗](https://privacy.claude.com/en/articles/7996868-is-my-data-used-for-model-training)

Files on Drive are encrypted while stored and while they move.

### Business plans do not train on your work.

Claude, ChatGPT and Google all say this for their business plans. Free and personal plans follow other rules, so we set your team up on a business plan from day one. One exception to know: on Claude, a chat you rate with a thumbs up or down can be used, and your admin can switch that off.

Your AI One key, one tool Your tool

### Each connection to your tools has one key, for one tool.

- You say yes to each connection. It signs in with OAuth, so the AI never sees your password.
- Each key works for one tool only. The standard these connections use, MCP, forbids passing it on to any other service.
- You can switch any connection off at any time, in the AI or in the tool itself.
- We only connect tools you already trust, and we show you each one first.

What each provider states on its own pages, checked 23 September 2026. Read the source before you sign.
